Chairman Cloutier opened the meeting at 6:00 pm in a “firm and stern” manner. Present were Selectmen Cloutier, Stohl and Campbell.
On a motion made by Selectman Cloutier and seconded by Selectman Stohl, the minutes of the March 26th meeting were approved.
An Intent to Cut for Suzanne Collins was approved.
An Intent to Excavate for Norman Cloutier was approved.
Checks and manifests were reviewed and signed.
Conrad Chapple called Buddy Boudle who in turn called Selectman Cloutier regarding water crossing the road on Meriden Hill at the first culvert before the first bridge. Selectman Cloutier tried to open it with a drill and then used a pressure washer. Culvert was opened approximately 7 to 8 inches. We may need to replace this culvert as there is no slope to it.
Selectman Campbell will be on vacation at the next meeting.
Culvert by Lawrence Andrews’s (Fish Pond Road) is half covered with water. Selectman Cloutier will check on it tomorrow.
Selectman Campbell informed the other Board members about the quotes he had gotten with regards to drilling a well for the Town Hall:

The Board decided to hold up on making a decision until we close on the property.
The new security door for the waiting room has arrived. The door costs approximately $700.00 and it will cost around $100.00 to install. Selectman Campbell modified the door jamb to fit the electric striker. He called Wade Jameson who will get in touch with Marcia about it installing it after she returns from vacation.
Discussed Kelsea Notch Road “Access Easement Description” which shows the bearings of the town Road. Selectman Stohl has located the documents which were copied for Maggie Machinist.
